Harry Potter is a very rich universe in itself, but there is nothing that a good theory cannot delve into even further. There are some that make so much sense that they seem to have been left in the subtext, while others are simply bizarre. Today, we will take a look at some of these theories.

THE BEST THEORIES ABOUT HARRY POTTER
Harry is Crazy

This is not a simple 'it was all a dream' theory. Created on a British forum, the theory tells how Harry, after actually losing his parents in a car accident, spent more than a decade with his aunt and uncle, suffering the same psychological abuse that we could see in the books and films.
However, there was no letter to Hogwarts, at least not in reality. Potter would have created the fantasy world in which he lived in the seven books, as a way of escaping the terrible reality he lived. Over the years, the Dursleys would lose patience with Harry, sending him to a mental institution.
Potter would be completely lost in his daydreams, imagining everything, from the first letter to his marriage to Ginny and his three children. His best friends, Ron and Hermione, are just the result of his sad life, without friends, without family, without joy. And so, young Harry would spend the rest of his days, living in his own magical world. After all, who has never escaped life for a moment, through imagination?
This theory draws heavily from the Alice in Wonderland theory, although considerably toned down.
The Real Three Brothers?

The tale of the three brothers is one of the most iconic moments in Deathly Hallows, being extremely philosophical and reflective. However, fans point out that the brothers, bearers of the three deathly hallows, the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone and the Invisibility Cloak, would symbolize three characters in the saga: Harry, Dumbledore and Voldemort.
Voldemort would be the eldest brother, bearer of the Elder Wand. Thirsty for power and blood, he used his power only for evil, desiring the power to escape death through force, just like Voldemort. However, death took him in a moment of weakness. The middle brother would be Dumbledore. This brother used the Resurrection Stone to see his deceased wife again, but without being able to touch her. So, he took his own life so he could finally see and feel her again.
Dumbledore, in turn, delighted in the pleasures of the Mirror of Erised, spending hours in front of it, seeing his sister, Ariana, who had died long ago. He lived in this illusion for a long time, until he finally overcame it, understanding the dangers of living in the world of desires, and forgetting to live.
Harry would be the youngest brother. He used the invisibility cloak to hide from death long enough to raise his son, and when he was grown, the man revealed himself, embracing death as an old friend. Potter possessed the cloak, given to him by his father (you can already see a similarity), and always faced death head on, without fear, and managed to overcome it more than once. When he welcomed death at the hands of Voldemort, he concluded this arc perfectly.
In some theories, Dumbledore is replaced by Snape, something that also makes some sense, but I believe that Harry, Voldemort and Dumbledore perfectly symbolized this plot.
Neville was the Chosen One

This is a classic. Neville, like Harry, fit the Prophecy of the Chosen One. Born at the end of October, he and Harry were targeted by Voldemort, who chose to go to the Potters, where he met his end.
Neville's parents were victims of the Death Eaters, being tortured to the point of madness by Bellatrix Lestrange and Barto Crouch Jr. Like Harry, Neville was raised in a troubled way, in this case, by his grandmother.
At Hogwarts, while Harry was a hero, Longbottom was completely ridiculed. However, since Order of the Phoenix, Neville has become increasingly courageous, standing up to the Death Eaters, even during the occupation of Hogwarts in Deathly Hallows. It is precisely there that we have the decisive moment. Longbottom killed Nagini, the last Horcrux, which allowed the death of the Dark Lord at the hands of Harry.
Both were decisive, but, undeniably, Harry is the true chosen one. Whether for his relationship with Voldemort or for having fulfilled the prophecy more accurately. And you, do you think Neville was as great for the saga as Harry Potter was?
Crookshanks Belonged to Lillian Potter... or is it Herself?

This one is already in the realm of mayonnaise. Crookshanks is a considerably old cat that Hermione adopts in Prisoner of Azkaban, who supposedly has a past in the Potter family.
In Order of the Phoenix, Sirius reads to Harry a letter delivered by his mother, shortly before her death. In addition to mentioning the family's daily life, she mentioned that there was a cat with them. That was enough for some fans to connect the two animals.
However, it doesn't stop there (believe it or not). Some fans believe that Crookshanks is, nothing more, nothing less, than the REINCARNATION OF LILLIAN POTTER. That's right, these people claim that the cat has characteristics similar to Potter's, from the color of his eyes to the color of his fur (the same as Lillian's hair). In this case, the mother would take the form of a simple animal, to continue watching over her son, even from afar. Crookshanks also has an abnormal hatred for Scabbers, Ron's rat, who later turns out to be Wormtail... the man who betrayed the Potters. Could Lily have sought revenge in her animal form?
Well, both theories border on the unbelievable, but there's no denying that they have some really... interesting comparisons.
Draco was a Werewolf

This is one of the most nonsensical, and was refuted by JK Rowling herself. In Half-Blood Prince, Draco and his family are suffering the consequences of Lucius' failure to steal the prophecy in Order of the Phoenix. Thus, Voldemort forced Draco to embark on the impossible mission of killing Albus Dumbledore.
Throughout the book, Draco is pale and constantly nervous, something that is common in Werewolves, such as Lupin. Among the Death Eaters was Fenrir Greyback, a Werewolf. Some theorize that Greyback bit Draco at Voldemort's behest, transforming him, as punishment for his family.
This theory spread across social media, reaching the ears of the author herself, who categorically denied it: "No, he is definitely not a Werewolf."
Harry is Immortal

Harry is the only known wizard capable of surviving Avada Kedavra. The first time, it was thanks to his mother's protection, but the second time, there are doubts. It is said in the tale of the three brothers that whoever possessed the three Deathly Hallows at the same time would become immortal. Potter had the Invisibility Cloak, the Resurrection Stone and the Elder Wand...
Many believe that it was thanks to this that Harry survived the second clash with Voldemort. However, this is not quite the case. Potter survived because his mother's protection also ran in Voldemort's blood, as he used Harry's blood to recover his physical body in Goblet of Fire, thus saving the Boy Who Lived once again.
After this, our hero returned the other two Hallows and kept the Cloak. Perhaps, indirectly, the prophecy was fulfilled, and Harry became immortal, at least at that moment against Voldemort, but not later, since JK Rowling herself states that Harry is NOT immortal.
The Dursleys Weren't Horrible

You didn't read it wrong. Well, of course the Dursleys were terrible, but not because they were bad people, but because they were influenced by Harry's presence. As we saw in Deathly Hallows, Salazar Slytherin's Locket could influence Ron in such a way that he turned against Harry and Hermione, full of hatred. Horcruxes are an extension of Voldemort's dark soul, and in themselves, they bring a lot of evil. Imagine being exposed to that for 17 years?
Harry had a part of the Dark Lord inside him, and according to this theory, he would have transmitted this hatred to his uncles and cousin, making them the disgusting people we know. Do you agree with the theory? Or is it just a trip?
Ron and Dumbledore are the Same Person

Well, this is actually hard to comment on, lol. Fans point out that Dumbledore and Ron have similar tastes, like their love for sweets. Physically, they both looked similar in their youth. Long noses, red hair, and quite tall.
In Prisoner of Azkaban, Ron is bitten on the right knee by Grim, the same place where Albus claims to have an old scar...
The use of the Time-Turner can explain a lot. Dumbledore always knows everything about Harry, something that would be better explained if he had already experienced it... like Ron, someone who has always been close to the boy. The theory is absurd, but it undoubtedly has some foundations, even if far-fetched.
Well, these were the best and most bizarre theories in the HP Universe, which one did you think was the weirdest? And which one was the best? Comment!
